Jake Moore, Jr. practices in personal injury, criminal law, all areas of civil litigation, and family law. Jake is a graduate of Presbyterian College and earned his law degree in 2004.  He worked for Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Goode during his first year practicing law. Jake credits Judge Goode with teaching him many of the skills he uses today.

He began working for the law firm in 1997 as a runner. He is the son of senior partner Jake Moore, Sr.

 

Jake is married with two children.

  • Leadership
    Mr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes. He is a former Board Member for the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also completed courses at the National Criminal Defense College and the National Advocacy Center. In 2022, Mr. Spradley was honored as a Leadership in Law honoree.

    Mr. Spradley is a 1987 graduate of Batesburg-Leesville High School, a 1991 graduate of the University of South Carolina- Aiken, and a 1997 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.
