Callee is a native of West Columbia where she resides with her husband and family. She practices in the areas of civil litigation, government law, education law, administrative law, and criminal law.
Mrs. Jumper attended Brookland-Cayce High School and earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2021, receiving the CALI Award for Future Excellence in the study of Civil Litigation Capstone.
Over the years, Callee has remained actively involved in the Cayce and West Columbia community and provides legal representation for Lexington School District Two. For many years, Callee has worked closely with MBM Senior Partner, S. Jahue "Jake" Moore, Sr.

LeadershipMr. Spradley has served as a State Prosecutor for the Eleventh Circuit Solicitor’s Office where he became the first prosecutor for the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team. He has also served as the municipal judge for the Town of Ridge Spring. He has been a speaker at seminars directed at the prosecution and defense of criminal matters as well as magistrate classes. He is a former Board Member for the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also completed courses at the National Criminal Defense College and the National Advocacy Center. In 2022, Mr. Spradley was honored as a Leadership in Law honoree.
